Bhelle Reyna, a dissatisfied customer, has taken to social media to express her frustration with Lakeview Premium & Suite in Halang, Lipa, Batangas. Reyna claims that she faced hidden charges and is now calling out the hotel owner for their alleged unethical practices.

The lady netizen recounts her experience, expressing her disappointment with the hidden charges she encountered during her stay. The hotel located in Halang, Lipa, Batangas, apparently imposed additional fees.

The dissatisfied customer took to social media, addressing the hotel owner, accusing them of not only charging hidden fees but also attempting to silence her by asking their staff to take down her reviews.

Reyna raises concerns about various charges, including those for the staff’s salaries, and questions the fairness of these fees. She criticizes the hotel’s pricing strategy, citing instances such as charging for a 3-in-1 coffee and even for the thermal use of the swimming pool, which was initially presented as free.

She accuses the hotel owner of attempting to manipulate her reviews and impede her freedom of speech. She warns the owner against violating the law and asserts her rights as a consumer, pointing out that such actions go against the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

Bhelle concludes her social media posts with a strong message to the hotel owner, emphasizing that attempting to control an employee to take down her review constitutes intimidation and bullying, which could lead to serious legal consequences.

The disappointed customer is not only seeking to share her experience but also raising awareness about what she perceives as a violation of consumer rights and ethical business practices.
