Lindsay Custodio Makes Claims Over 2nd Wedding Issues

LINDSAY CUSTODIO – The former actress and singer confirmed her traumatic experience with her husband, Frederick Cale, on their wedding day.

The wedding day is one of the most important events that many people, most especially women, look forward to. To a lot of people, it is positively one of the most unforgettable events in their lives. However, Lindsay, a former actress and singer, claimed that it was a different thing for her on the second time around that she got married.

Lindsay Custodio was previously married to the late Julius Caesar Platon II, a former vice mayor of Tanauan, Batangas. Their marriage from December 2000 until November 2018 when Lindsay’s husband died due to a car accident gifted her with two (2) kids, Sean Christopher and Charisse Marianne.

Four years after the death of her husband, Lindsay decided to marry again. She and a non-showbiz man Frederick Cale had a civil wedding on May 1, 2022 followed by a Church wedding on May 13. 2022.

However, recently, Lindsay Custodio confirmed the issues that surrounded her wedding with Frederick Cale last May 13, 2022. Based on an article on Pep, the former actress and singer claimed that on her wedding day, her husband asked that they will pass by the bank along Kamuning Road in Quezon City.

According to Lindsay, Frederick wanted to in-cash the check that were gifted to them by their principal sponsors for their wedding. He wanted the money and the other cash gifts to be used in paying for their wedding expenses.

The former actress-singer also claimed that when they were at the bank already, her husband asked the teller to open her personal account if there is. He wanted her to withdraw the money and also use it in paying for their expenses.

“Sinabi ko sa kanya, puwede ba yung pera sa personal account ko, akin na lang, so I can use it for my personal expenses… ‘Ay, hindi. I-withdraw mo yan. Dapat diyan ibabayad mo sa credit card,’” Lindsay claimed.

According to the former actress, she just agreed with her husband in the fear that they may cause a scene at the bank. She further claimed that at the reception, he also took the cash gifts of their other principal sponsors for the additional expenses.

“Parang biyuda ako, nagpakasal ako uli, tapos maghihiwalay lang kami. I really wanted to save the marriage,’” the former actress said.

Lindsay did not hesitate to say that she regretted marrying him and was questioning the character of the man he has chosen. Based on the article, she and Frederick have known each other for years now that he and her ex-husband, Julius, courted here at the same time then but she chose Julius.
