According to the fastfood restaurant, the total Greenwich franchise cost in the Philippines may range between Php 15 million to Php 31 million. The final cost is dependent on the type and size of store.

Greenwich stated that the size of the property will be based on the store model that will be developed while the floor area requirement will range from 60 square meters to 150 square meters.

The franchise fee set by Greenwich is at Php 1.2 million and it is already inclusive of the Value Added Tax (VAT). For the Royalty Fee and the Advertising Fee, they are equivalent to 5% of the gross sales.

With regards to the return of investment or ROI, according to Greenwich, the estimated ROI is between four (4) to five (5) years. The investment package is inclusive of the following:

  • initial set-up fee
  • design fees
  • construction cost
  • equipment and facilities
  • furniture and fixtures
  • air-conditioning system
  • signage
  • pre-opening expenses (training hours of crew and managers)
  • initial inventory
  • initial hiring selection

The franchise term is 10 years. It is renewable depending on the franchisee and the restaurant’s performance. The construction duration may vary but the store is expected to be fully-operation in 45-60 days since the site is ready. Here are the requirements in applying for a franchise:
