Recently, the Facebook page “Lucky Me” shared a video of the woman complaining at a popular fast-food restaurant. The post quickly went viral, eliciting various reactions from the online community.

In the video, the customer is seen carrying her food to the Chowking counter, claiming that her ‘buchi’ had a bite. The crew promptly replaced her order, demonstrating good customer service.

However, despite the crew’s efforts, the woman continued to record and embarrass the employee, insisting that her food had been bitten. She expressed irritation because the crew attempted to explain instead of apologizing.

After receiving the replacement food, the customer consumed it without further incident. However, netizens criticized her behavior, questioning why she assumed her food had been bitten before even approaching the counter.

They also pointed out that CCTV cameras and numerous staff members are present in the kitchen, making it unlikely for someone to tamper with food intentionally. Additionally, her immediate use of her cellphone upon receiving the food suggested premeditated intent to humiliate rather than seeking clarification.

The incident reminds us to exercise understanding and patience, especially when dealing with service personnel.
