  • pensioners, investors, and individuals with passive income
  • Filipino employees of foreign government or international organization

To maintain active and updated account to the Fund, members post monthy savings with the rates based on the Pag-IBIG Contribution Table 2023. An updated account may qualify a member to the Pag-IBIG loans such as the following:

  • Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan — Also called the MPL, the Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan is the cash loan offer that is open for members who have posted at least twenty-four (24) monthly membership savings under the Pag-IBIG Regular Savings program.
  • Pag-IBIG Housing Loan — The most popular offer of the Fund, the Housing Loan is open for several purposes and can be extended to up to 30 years. It can finance any of the following purposes:

    • purchase of a residential property (house and lot, condominium unit, townhouse, apartment)
    • acquisition of a vacant lot
    • house construction
    • home renovation
    • home loan take-out from another lender
    • combined purpose
  • Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan — This loan offer is the one that members can turn-to in times of natural calamities.

Aside from the loans, when the membership hits 20 years, a member may apply for the optional withdrawal of his/her savings to Pag-IBIG Fund. It can also be withdrawn in certain cases like the death of the member.

If a Pag-IBIG member dies, his/her beneficiaries may file a claim to withdraw his/her savings. The Pag-IBIG Death Claim requirements depend on the status of the members.
