DONITA ROSE – Here’s the video of actress Donita Rose talking about the cosmetic procedure done on her face.

Donita Rose openly discussed undergoing a facelift procedure on her new YouTube channel, aiming to improve her facial appearance. She acknowledged the diversity of opinions regarding cosmetic enhancements, emphasizing personal satisfaction and confidence.

Noticing the onset of aging, particularly after seeing herself on screen during an indie film, prompted her to pursue the procedure. She said, “My face started to sag. Because I did an indie film which I could see on screen my face looked different and it was the first time I noticed my aging.”

Donita mentioned that the procedure was performed by a team that included her sister-in-law, Dr. Sheryl Palad. “My wonderful super gorgeous husband said whatever you need, tell me, my sister will help you. We’ve been discussing this for many months,” she said.

In their discussion, Donita raised the topic of the societal stigma associated with cosmetic surgery.

“There’s so much stigma surrounding cosmetic surgery. In fact, I am even prepared to get bashings from people to say, “What? you don’t need it.” But if they see the before and the after. And the fact that I am in the entertainment business and that beauty doesn’t come easy. It is stressful. There’s some pressure as well.”

The actress added, “As Filipinos, we know that what they first say when they see you, ay tumaba ka, ay bakit prang ganyan haggard ka. It’s so common, now we don’t have to worry about that anymore because we have all these procedures now.”

Donita noted that her cosmetic surgery has connections to her mental well-being. “Surgery is not for everybody, because of mental health, we need to make sure you’re in the right place. One of the reasons why I did this is because I went through a lot of trauma before. I went through a time of healing, and spiritual healing, mental healing as well. Now it’s more of physical healing like literally, you see what’s in my heart,” said Donita.

“What you saw on the outside was like a tired, exhausted woman that finally went through healing. Now, it was time for me to make that apparent on the outside. This is more than just the appearance for me, this is so much more,” she added.
