436 aftershocks logged after 6.4-magnitude Abra quake

MANILA, Philippines — The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said Wednesday that436 aftershocks have been recorded after a magnitude 6.4 earthquake hit Abra on Tuesday night.
In its latest report, the NDRRMC also said it has verified that five people from Lagayan town were injured — mostly abrasion — because of the quake.

It added that it has not received any missing persons or death reports so far.

However, the NDRRMC said two roads and one house were damaged while electricity was cut in two areas in Cagayan.
