In a recent episode of Iya Villania and Camille Prats’s talk show

, Thia Thomalla was asked if it is true that Heart Evangelista made her cry.

The beauty queen-turned-actress said that it was an unexpected moment for her. During a taping for their show Glow Up, people in the show was surprised that Thia went to the set at that time when there was a tragic event in their family. She was expected not to come as they understood what she was going through.

Ang nangyari kasi, nag-taping kami for ‘Glow Up,’ and I lost my brother a few hours before the taping. And they were actually shocked bakit ako pumunta ng taping. Wala naman kasi akong kasama sa bahay, so I just went

,” she said.

Thia was surprised that at that time, Heart Evangelista was their guest.

“And I didn’t know na si Heart pala ‘yung guest namin. So, ang daming mixed emotions…nakakatuwa kasi first time kong ma-meet si Heart and sobrang bait niya sa ‘kin,”

she shared. Thia added that when the fashion icon entered the room, she was just crying because of mixed emotions. “

Kasi parang I knew na despite the struggles in life, may masaya pa ring nangyayari

,” beauty queen-turned-actress said.

After the taping, Heart talked to Thia and the latter felt comforted. It was a fun and a “kilig” moment for the younger celebrity.
