Tricycle driver nabbed in Calapan City buy-bust

CITY OF CALAPAN – A tricycle driver was arrested by police on Saturday afternoon in a buy-bust operation in this city, according to a report from the Oriental Mindoro police office.
Rodel delos Santos, 24, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. by police after selling a sachet of suspected shabu (crystal meth) to a poseur buyer for P500 in Barangay Camilmil.

Also confiscated from the suspect were three plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 1.23 grams valued at P8,364.
The suspect is under police custody and will be facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
