PAGASA Says Intertropical Convergence Zone Will Affect PH Weather Condition

The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the Intertropical Convergence Zone will bring isolated rains over some parts of the country.

On Saturday (November 26, 2022), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The Intertropical Convergence Zone will continue to affect the country’s weather conditions.

PAGASA reported that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao.

The ITCZ and localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over the entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, Occidental Mindoro, and Mindanao.

Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, and Marinduque as well as Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience similar weather conditions.

The weather agency has also advised the public of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Extreme Northern Luzon will be moderate. The remaining parts of the country will be slight to moderate.

The sun rises at 6:02 am and it will set at 5:24 pm.
