Former child actress Lindsay De Vera is making a show business comeback after she was falsely linked with GMA A-list star Dingdong Dantes. As per the rumors, she is the mother of the actor’s love child but just recently, out of respect for his friends and family, Dantes finally broken his silence.
Dingdong revealed that Lindsay is not the mother of his rumored love child. He firmly stated in an interview that the rumor is not true.
Who is Lindsay?
The former child actress is slowly going back to the show business industry, but the buzz is not yet silenced. She already left to shake the rumors off but even after years, the people still remember.
Lindsay was born Lindt de Vera Johnston on January 26, 2000. Her mother is of Spanish descent while her father is Scottish. In 2016, she claimed that her father was working as a computer analyst in Japan.
In the same year, she shared that she wanted to become a pediatrician but she set this aside and grabbed the opportunity in the show business industry. She believed that she can always comeback to school anytime.
She was crowned Miss Teen Pangasinan in 2015.
As per her career, she debuted as a child actress at the age of 8 in the Christmas series Jillian: Namamasko Po. She was also a part of Jollitown (2010) and Cielo de Angelina (2012). From one projects to another through the years, she also starred in Ismol Family (2014), Pari Koy (2015), Encantadia (2016), My Love From The Star (2017), Alyas Robin Hood (2016-2017), Victor Magtanggol (2018), and The Better Woman (2019).
De Vera also used to do commercials and appeared in the commercials for products such as Myra, Jollibee, Baby Flo, Rebisco, Selecta, Lipps Candy, and Milo.
She made a comeback in 2022 through AQ Prime. Her long-term boyfriend is Kurt Kendrick and they were together when the pregnancy rumors erupted.
Lindsay shared, “When that came out kasi, we were at the gym, nagwo-workout kami together, and then he took a picture of us working out, and he posted it.”
The pregnancy rumor is a rumor that even she did not know how it started. She recalled that it all started with a blind item and people connected one to another, hence, the rumors. This rumors started in 2021.
