Yllana Marie Aduana said she has no plans of joining other pageants after her Miss Philippines Earth stint, and that she’s happy with her achievements throughout her journey.

In a brief chat with reporters on the sidelines of a thanksgiving event, Aduana said she doesn’t have any plans to take part in a different pageant at the moment as she’s still basking in her reign as the current Miss Earth-Air.

Aduana was named Miss Earth-Air at the global tilt in December 2023. Albania’s Drita Ziri was crowned with the coveted Miss Earth title.

“As of this moment, I don’t have. I feel like I’m practically happy with the Miss Earth – Air crown. To be able to bring back the Philippines on the Top 4 and to bring home an elemental crown on the Miss Earth pageant is such an honor already,” she said.

When asked again if Miss Earth would be the “end” of her pageant career, she said she wants to focus on her “career development” for now but is open to trying again in the future.

“Actually, as of this moment, I’m really happy. I got to focus on my career development and growth. But who knows? Probably in the future,” she said.

Showbiz plans

On the possibility of pursuing showbiz, Aduana hinted that she will sign with a network while fulfilling her duties as Miss Earth-Air.

“Of course, I am. I’m very vocal about this one so I’m looking forward to signing with a network this year alongside my reign as Miss Earth Air,” she said. The beauty queen also said that while she might go on workshops after her possible signing, she’s a “multifaceted person” who can multitask well.

“But no worries, I’m a multifaceted person and [good] at multitasking… Let’s do acting, hosting, newscasting, dancing, and singing,” she said.
