On Saturday (May 4, 2024), CCTV footage from a local store in the city captured the honest act of a female citizen. Around 4:30 in the afternoon, the woman proceeded to the residence of the cellphone’s owner in Carmela Subdivision, Silay City, after seeing a post calling for its return.

The woman failed to immediately return the cell phone to the owner or turn it over, but she explained that she had spoken with the owner’s family about the cell phone.

However, Vanessa Espinosa, the mother of the cellphone owner, expressed that what the woman said as her reason was that she forgot to turn it over and had no intention of not returning it.

The woman, on the other hand, is asking for forgiveness for what happened, as she genuinely wants to return the cellphone, but it simply slipped her mind.
