FAMAS NOMINEES 2024 – ‘A Very Good Girl’ and ‘Rewind’ among the nominees for the 2024 Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (FAMAS).

On Monday, the 2024 Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) finally released the complete list of nominees. Star Cinema films “Rewind” and “A Very Good Girl” were among the nominees.

FAMAS is the most prestigious award-giving body in the local film industry. “Mallari” earned 14 out of 18 nominations including best picture, best director for Derick Cabrido, and best actor for Piolo Pascual. In terms of the number of nominations, this was followed by “Gomburza” with 12 nominations.

Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera were nominated for the top-acting awards such as Best Actor and Best Actress, respectively. As seen in the list, their film “Rewind” got 10 nominations.

Pepe Herrera and Jordan were also nominated for the Best Supporting Actor and Best Child Actor, respectively.

“A Very Good Girl”, on the other hand, got eight nominations. Kathryn Bernardo and Dolly de Leon were nominated for Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress, respectively.
