Did Xian Lim indeed want Kim Chiu to announce his new romance?

Kapuso actor Xian Lim allegedly ordered his ex-girlfriend Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu to announce his relationship with producer Iris Lee.

Following the breakup announcement that Xian and Kim had, the actor was linked to Iris. Photos of them together surfaced online. Xian and Iris have worked together on several projects.

Later on, more sweet photos of Xian and Iris circulated on social media and this gave birth to relationship rumors.

In a recent interview, Xian Lim finally confirmed that he is dating Iris Lee. However, he stressed that there was no third party in his breakup with Kim Chiu. He also addressed the rumors that he got married in New York and that he has been living with someone for a long time now.

In a recent episode of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz’s Showbiz Update vlog, based on the article in Bandera, he shared what his source revealed about the Kapuso actor. It was said that the source claimed that Xian wanted Kim to announce his relationship with Iris.

“Tumawag daw itong si Xian Lim kay Kim Chiu […] Nakarating lang sa akin ‘to, ha. Sabi niya: ‘Kim, pwede mo nang aminin, ha, na mayro’n na akong girlfriend,” Ogie shared. The talent manager-vlogger also said that the Kapamilya was “naloka” to what her ex-boyfriend said.

With this, Ogie said that different opinions were raised regarding what happened. “Kung totoo man ‘yon, ang mga opinyon nila: ‘Ha? Talagang si Kim Chiu ang pinag-aannounce mo na may bago ka nang girlfriend Xian Lim?’ Tapos mayro’n pang ‘Okay ka lang? Parang iniinsulto mo si Kim Chiu,’” the talent manager-vlogger said.

Ogie also stressed that this “issue” just reached him and that Kim and Xian have the right to deny what his source revealed. As of this writing, Xian Lim has not spoken yet about this allegation against him.
