Reigning Miss Universe Sheynnis Palacios is making a stop in the Philippines in her ongoing Asian tour, the pageant’s owner Anne Jakrajutatip said on social media. In a Facebook post on April 23, the Thai media mogul said , “HELLO UNIVERSE!!!
