Here’s the reaction of Chinkee Tan when Atasha Muhlach revealed this.

Eat Bulaga host Atasha Muhlach reveals in a previous episode that she received this amount as “baon” before.

Atasha Muhlach is the other half of the Muhlach twins, children of celebrities Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzales. The other one is Andres and they are now slowly making their way to penetrate the show business industry.

She is now one of the regular hosts of the TV5 noontime show “Eat Bulaga”. Atasha joined EB last year which delighted a lot of their fans. Andrea, on the other hand, will debut in an upcoming TV5 program and he will be starring along with his twin and parents.

It is no secret that the twins grew up in a well-off family but despite their family’s status, their parents found ways to teach them how to value their money. They were given limitations in terms of money and recently, many were surprised with the revelation of Atasha.

In the previous episode of EB during the “Peraphy” game, Chinkee Tan was one of the guests and he was asked to give some tips for the students to save money. As much as we all know, Tan is a wealth management coach and according to him, in order for students to save money, they should not bring money that would exceed their allowance.

He said, “Kailangan, number one, wag kang magdadala ng pera na higit sa budget mo. Kung ang budget mo ay Php 300.00 lang, yan ang ilagay mo sa wallet mo.”

Vic Sotto reacted to this saying that Php 300.00 was a bit big and went on to ask Atasha, “Ikaw ba, magkano baon mo noon?”

She said that shocked a lot, “100 pesos.”

For the spirit of fun, Tan said that drew laughter from the audience, “Wow! Grabe ha. Sino mga magulang mo? Parang gusto ko ipa-barangay.”

In a previous article, Aga revealed Atasha and Andres’ “baon” when they were still studying abroad. The twins are accordingly not spoiled and they don’t have an “unli cash”. The most that they can get as “baon” was 600 euros monthly which is over Php 36k.

He said, “Yeah, so alam namin, ‘yung food niyo para hindi kayo…. I mean, makibagay kayo dyan or matuto kayo gumawa ng paraan pa’no kayo gagawa ng pera dyan.”
