ABS-CBN is back on Channel 2

Media companies ABS-CBN and AMBS officially announced their partnership as they signed a contract on April 23, 2024.

To recall, the Kapamilya network had to leave Channel 2 because Congress released a decision not allowing them to renew its franchise. With that, the Lopez-owned media company resorted to putting its shows on digital platforms.

Eventually, the media company partnered with different networks such as GMA and TV5 as a content provider. Some of the Kapamilya shows are now being aired on other networks.
