REAL ESTATE BROKER BOARD EXAM – The full result of REBLE April 2024 includes the list of passers, top 10 passers, and top-performing schools.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) finally released the full result which contains the name of the passers, top notchers, top-performing schools, and performances of schools.

REBLE Summary of Results

As announced, 1,337 out of 1,758 examinees successfully passed the Real Estate Broker Board Exam April 2024. The result was released after two working days.

The examination was held on on April 18, 2024 at the testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Lucena, Legazpi, and Tacloban.

Registration

The registration for the newly passed examinees will start on June 17, 2024, for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration which will be done online through www.prc.gov.ph.

Requirements

• downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• notice of admission (for identification only)
• 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
• 2 sets of documentary stamps
• 1 piece short brown envelope
• submission of Original Surety Bond, minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Obligee
