A male customer voiced his dissatisfaction with the allegedly undersized fried chicken he received from a popular fast-food chain.
Jhune Miano, a Facebook user, shared a photo of what he claimed to be an undersized fried chicken from the said fast-food chain. The post quickly went viral, eliciting various reactions from the online community.
In his post, the customer expressed his disappointment, comparing the size of the chicken to that of a chick. He recounted how he ordered takeout and expected a big portion, but upon arriving home, he discovered the tiny size of the chicken.
Miano even humorously suggested that he might have thrown it at the face of the counter staff had he noticed it earlier. He expressed frustration at the thought of having to return to the restaurant to complain but ultimately decided against it due to laziness and the hot weather.
The customer went on to compare the undersized chicken to the offerings of another fast-food chain ‘McDonald’s for a satisfying meal. He criticized the fast-food chain’s management for allegedly deceiving customers with small portions and insufficient gravy.
He ended his post with a distasteful remark directed at the management of the fast-food branch, sarcastically applauding their tactics and suggesting that they should reduce the price of their small chicken portions.
The post garnered mixed reactions from netizens, with some sympathizing with the customer’s experience, about portion size and value for money. Others, however, defended the fast-food chain, attributing the size discrepancy to various factors.
