VICE GANDA – The Kapamilya superstar has this realization after watching the heart-touching random act of kindness of Kim Chiu.

Literally speaking, random acts of kindness can be good for our mental health. It brings us a good feeling after helping others and the other benefits we can get from doing this include reduced stress and improved emotional well-being.

It’s a gain for both sides. It doesn’t have to cost much always. Small things in life are the ones that can make a big difference.

In It’s Showtime, they have this segment where they do “Random Acts Of Kindness” and the hosts take turns in doing this. Recently, the one done by actress-host Kim Chiu was the one that seemed to deeply impact comedian superstar Vice Ganda.

In the clip that has been shown, Kim goes to this random man in a barbershop without initially knowing that the man is blind. She was surprised and was easily touched after knowing that the man she went to could not see.

She then asked what he would want to see first if he were given the chance to gain his eyesight again. The man’s answer touched Kim’s heart and his answer was, “Ang pamilya ko po.”

The answer seemingly crumpled Kim’s heart immediately and the following words she uttered came with a breaking voice. After watching this, Vice was smacked with a realization.

He said, “Grabe yung effect sa atin nung sinabi niya na ang gusto niyang makita yung pamilya niya.”

Kim agreed to this stressing the value of family and the comedian added based on the video, “Nakaka-guilty tuloy. Tayo kaya nating makita ang pamilya natin kinikita lagi tapos may isang tao na yun ang pinapangarap niya na sana makita niya yung pamilya niya.”
