LEREN MAE BAUTISTA – Beauty queen-politician Leren Mae Bautista playfully teases the age difference between herself and her boyfriend Ricci Rivero.

Miss Philippines Globe 2019 and Los Baños, Laguna Councilor Leren Mae Bautista, 30, just rode past the netizens who continue to question the age gap between her and her boyfriend, Ricci Rivero, 25.

In her latest Instagram post last Tuesday, March 26, 2024, she shared a captured picture and video of Ricci playing basketball at the recent PBA All-Star Game. According to Leren, she is proud of her boyfriend Ricci’s success in his very first all-star game as a rookie in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).

In her caption, she wrote (published as is), “Congratulations on your first PBA All Star Game my love @ricciiirivero.

“You being the only rookie who played during the All Star Game was something else!

“We are so proud of you [kiss and heart emoji].

“From your Nanay, Tita and Ate all in one [laugh emoji].”

Despite the five-year age gap between Ricci and Leren, the celebrity couple said it did not hinder their relationship and love for each other. This is what they proudly shared in their interview on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda on February 16, 2024.

Leren explained that even though she is five years older than her basketball player-actor boyfriend, they understand each other well.

She said, “Sobrang nagkakaintindihan din naman kami.

“Ang level of maturity ni Ricci, parang sabi ko nga, parang mas mature pa siya sa akin pero ako yung mas matanda.”

She joked, “Natatawa lang ako minsan kasi kapag sinasabi nilang tita daw po ako ni Ricci, sabi ko, ‘Ate lang.’”
