DNA test issue surfaced amid Richard Gutierrez and Sarah Lahbati’s breakup

Rumor has it that Kapamilya actor Richard Gutierrez wanted his second son Kai with his wife Sarah Lahbati to undergo a DNA test.

The breakup issue between Richard and Sarah continues to linger in showbiz these past weeks and even when 2024 arrives. Amid the issue, both of them remained silent but their parents were the ones talking about this.

Just recently, Sarah’s mom Esther Lahbati revealed that the two celebrities are now in ca co-parenting set-up. A source also revealed that Richard and Sarah are now processing their annulment.

In a recent Showbiz Update vlog of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz, he talked about what his source revealed regarding the DNA test issue. Allegedly, Richard Gutierrez was in doubt if Kai was really his son, as allegedly, the young boy did not look like his father.

Ogie shared that this issue started as a blind item but eventually, the subjects were named. He showed the screenshots of a netizen’s comment on the alleged DNA test that Richard wanted to happen and the reply of Sarah’s mom to this.

Esther Lahbati questioned the supposed DNA testing and said that the camp of the actor might face shame if they push this to happen.

Based on Ogie’s source, there is no issue in Richard’s camp when it comes to the identity of his son Kai. It was said that there is no such thing as a DNA test issue for the actor.

Ogie also mentioned Esther’s statement that Richard is “seloso” and he provided bodyguards for Sarah to monitor her whereabouts. The talent manager-vlogger shared that this only happened after the rumored third party on Sarah’s part.

Previously, it was alleged that the actress was having an extramarital affair and allegedly, it was with another woman.

“Sabi ng aking source, yung bantay na yun, habang wala si Richard, nasa Cebu, nagti-taping ng Iron Heart noon, di ba?” Ogie said, adding that the actor wanted his sons to be protected while he was away for work.
