A lucky guy goes viral online after receiving a brand new IPAD Air 256 GB as a Christmas gift from his best friend.

Jepoi Dela Torre, a Twitter/X user, shared a delightful Christmas surprise from a dear friend that left many saying, “Sana all”. The post quickly circulated online and elicited reactions from the netizens.

He narrated the longstanding bond with his friend way back in 2017 when they worked together. Despite changes in employment, the friendship endured, and both resigned from their previous jobs.

The latter expressed gratitude for the lasting connection and revealed that they remained friends until now.

“He was a good friend since I started working in 2017. Ka-trabaho ko siya then ayun hanggang sa sabay nag resign sa previous work. We remain friends. Until now,” Jepoi said.

Dela Torre’s friend decided to give an iPad as a Christmas gift to alleviate stress during the holiday season, acknowledging the difficulty of finding the perfect gift.

Jepoi emphasizes the tradition of exchanging gifts between them, sharing that they used to select items they both liked but refrained from purchasing due to other priorities. Last year, he gifted his friend Airpods Pro, fulfilling a desire expressed by his friend.

In return, the friend surprised Jepoi with the generous gift of an iPad.

“It was just a gift for Christmas kasi stress na daw kasi siya wala sya maisip na gift sa akin and hindi rin siya mapapakali pag di yan ang binigay niya sakin. Ang bungad niya nga sakin is ‘may kasalanan ako’ kasi he knows na magagalit ako pag gumastos na naman siya for me. We used to buy gifts for each other even nung mga previous years. We use to buy things na napagku-kwentuhan namin na gusto namin pero syempre hindi namin binibili kasi nga may ibang priorities. This year I gave him Airpods Pro kasi gusto nya yun. Then ayun di nagpatalo binilhan nya ako ng iPad,” he said.

Expressing his gratitude, Jepoi shared that their friends know them as independent individual who often says, “I can buy,” reflecting their determination to work hard for what they desire.
