A social media musician makes the viral “Ang Ang Ang” statement of Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa into a song.
Sean Al, a local artist, made a song out of dela Rosa’s repeated pronunciation of the word “Ang” during a Senate session. The “Ang” word of Bato was heard during the Senate Public Order and Dangerous Drugs Committee’s investigation into the assassination of Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo.
Dela Rosa voiced dissatisfaction with the alleged involvement of some police officers in what some called a “breakdown” of the criminal justice system in Negros Oriental. The Senator sobbed as he implored the Philippine National Police (PNP) to begin repairing itself, especially given its role in the recent wave of political killings.
