Under the SSS Cash Loan offer, the loanable amounts depend on the total savings of the member or it is on a case-to-case basis. The main thing is that you have submitted at least 36 monthly savings.

If you have posted at least 36 monthly savings but not more than 72 monthly savings, you can borrow an equivalent of one (1) month of your basic salary under the said SSS Cash Loan offer. If the total monthly savings you have posted goes past 72 months, you can borrow up to an equivalent of twice of your monthly salary.
