Ai-ai delas Alas made clarifications about her old interview that resurfaced online

Comedy Concert Queen Ai-Ai delas Alas debunked a certain health product claiming that she has been using it for her psoriasis.

Back in 2017, Ai-Ai revealed that she has been battling psoriasis since she was 15 years old. In her recent Facebook Live, she shared that her friend with psoriasis sent her a video that claimed that she was using that certain health product.

The Kapuso comedienne stressed that the said video circulating on Facebook was from her interview, three or four years ago. She said that it was an interview about her lifestyle which she intentionally change to deal with her disease.

“Gusto ko pong sabihin sa inyo, hindi po ako gumagamot ng gamot na yan. Hinding, hindi, hindi, hindi, hindi ko po yan ginagamit,” she stressed. Then, she addressed the person who made this misleading post.

Ai-Ai delas Alas said that the said person should be fair and not use her to earn money because having this kind of medical condition is not easy. She also stressed that there is no cure for psoriasis. It only has a remedy for lesions but it will eventually come back.

The comedienne shared that she had to change her lifestyle in order for her to have a normal life after dealing with her disease for many years. She said that she will be sharing tips and advice with people who are suffering from psoriasis.

  • Avoid consuming sugar, especially white sugar, coconut sugar is preferred.
  • Avoid staying up too late. If this can’t be avoided, sleep at least eight hours.
  • Avoid smoking cigarettes and be stressed.
  • Drink water 30 minutes before a meal and 30 minutes after a meal. Drinking water while eating will cause acidity.
  • Avoid foods with preservatives.
  • It is advised to eat vegetables and fish only. Avoid fried foods.
