Lolit Solis talked about the alleged swings of Sunshine Dizon

Kapamilya actress Sunshine Dizon recently shared that she was hospitalized and is going through a tough time which is challenging her emotional and mental health.

Her friends in the entertainment industry and her fans expressed love and support for her. In a recent writeup that entertainment writer Lolit Solis shared, she talked about Sunshine’s current predicament.

Lolit said that the actress’s revelation about her mental health was quite shocking, based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon. Then, the writer shared the co-stars of Sunshine Dizon in previous projects have been talking about her “erratic moods.” She said that those celebrities were aware of the actress’s mood swings.

Lolit said that since Sunshine is very friendly and sweet, she still has a lot of friends in showbiz and her mood swings did not become an issue for them. “Siguro naman magagamot pa ng isang mahusay na doktor sa mental health ang issue ni Sunshine,” the showbiz writer said.

Lolit added that the good thing is the acceptance that Sunshine has when it comes to her mental health and she is aware that there is something wrong with her body. In her Instagram post, the actress said that there is nothing wrong with asking for help and getting the needed treatment. Amid the tough time that she is facing, Sunshine is still optimistic that she will get through this.

The columnist added that the road to recovery will be easy for the actress. “Just be strong, Sunshine, madali ang paggaling mo,” Lolit said.

Sunshine Dizon transferred to ABS-CBN last year after being a Kapuso for two decades. She did a soap opera titled Marry Me, Marry You with the tandem of Janine Gutierrez and Paulo Avelino.
