A motorcycle rider has expressed his disappointment after an unidentified man stole his helmet at a parking lot.

The Philippine government is implementing stricter policy but crimes continue to exist behind the knowledge of the authorities. The rate of criminality continue to increase despite the stricter rules and regulations.

Installing CCTV cameras at home or business establishments can be a great help to prevent crimes or identify suspects. However, security personnel must monitor the CCTV all the time to prevent such a crime.

The Facebook page VISOR has shared the video footage of an unidentified suspect who stole a helmet from an unattended motorcycle in the parking space. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.

In the video, it can be seen that the suspect wearing a black shirt and face mask went to the motorcycle in a parking lot. The culprit carefully observed his surroundings and stealthily took the helmet.

The robber immediately run away and leave the area as if nothing happened. The suspect was able to escape after performing his illegal activity in a public place during broad daylight.
