Gerald Anderson Speaks About “Buntis” Issue w/ Kylie Padilla

Actor Gerald Anderson has spoken about the rumors saying that he impregnated his new leading lady actress Kylie Padilla.

The rumors linking Gerald and Kylie circulated after they shot for their movie Unravel in Switzerland, where scenes from the famous Kdrama series Crash Landing On You were shot. This came after the speculation that the actor’s relationship with actress Julia Barretto is on the rocks.

However, amid the rumored breakup, Gerald and Julia were spotted together several times. Kylie has previously addressed the rumors linking her to her movie leading man. She said that there is no truth to this and stressed that she is not pregnant.

In a recent episode of Showbiz Update vlog of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz, he shared the short conversation that he had with Gerald Anderson during an event. Ogie asked about the actor’s upcoming movie and segued to the issue that surfaced.

Gerald shared that he and Kylie already finished filming but there is no final date yet for the release of the movie. Ogie joked that even before the movie’s release, there was already an early publicity stunt and he was talking about Kylie’s rumored pregnancy.

Gerald answered this with a joke as well. “Sana pinalabas na agad ang pelikula eh para sumabay na,” he quipped. The actor also shared that prior to his movie with Kylie, the movie that he made in Russia will be shown first.

“Hindi ko kasi nabuntis ‘yung ano dun eh kaya hindi mo pa alam kung anong…” Gerald jokingly said.

Once again, Ogie asked the actor if the rumors linking him to the Kapuso actress are not true. “Tingnan nga natin nine months from now,” Gerald Anderson said. With this, the talent manager-vlogger said that the actor is confident that the pregnancy rumors are not true.
