Stacey Gabriel thankful for the chance to work with Coco Martin

Kapamilya actor Coco Martin was praised by Binibining Pilipinas Candidate Stacey Gabriel who was one of the past cast members of the long-running TV series.

Before venturing into the national pageant, In 2018, Stacey played a soldier in the series who is in the side of Cardo Dalisay, the character of Coco.

In a recent interview, based on the article in PUSH, Stacey expressed that she’s honored that she was chosen by Coco Martin to be part of the series.

“Kasi po matagal ko nang naririnig sa mga kaibigan, sa mga kapwa artista na iba po siya magbigay as an actor. That generosity of spirit shines through, so I was so thrilled to be able to work with him,” the aspiring beauty queen said.

Stacey also shared the attitude of Coco that she saw while working with him. “And all the rumors are true, napakabait niyang tao,” Bb. Pilipinas candidate shared adding that the AP lead actor is indeed understanding, generous, and talented.

Stacey Gabriel also made revelations about Coco Martin. “He is often times the first to arrive and the last to leave or if not the person one of the first. His commitment and his work ethic are something to marvel at and something that I carry with me too. It’s the lesson that I carried with me,” she revealed.

Meanwhile, Stacey was asked if she will leave showbiz if ever she will win in Binibining Pilipinas. She said that acting has always been her first love and whatever will happen after the coronation night on July 31, acting will always be her “end game.”

For her, being in showbiz is doing a job of connections. “We are connecting human beings. We are giving them something to talk about, something to uplift them perhaps especially in this tumultuous season,” Stacey said.
