Here’s the birthday greeting of Ruffa Gutierrez to her ex-boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz.

RUFFA GUTIERREZ – Actress and former beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez shares the same birthday date as John Lloyd Cruz and she greets him,

“I Love Betty La Fea” was the project where Ruffa Gutierrez met John Lloyd Cruz. They became so close and eventually, their closeness led to something romantic. They got romantically involved during the filming of that series.

However, in 2010, they broke up, one month short of their first anniversary. Despite the separation, they remained civil toward each other. In 2014, they even got reunited on television when she made a guest appearance on Cruz’s sitcom “Home Sweetie Home”.

And Lloydie is Ruffa’s ex whom she shares the same birthdate with. This June 24, they are celebrating their birthday. Lloydie turned 39 years old while Ruffa turned 48. In Its Showtime, where she is one of the judges of a segment, she candidly greeted him while on live air.

She remembered it when Vhong Navarro said, “Dahil birthday mo ngayon, Ruffa, may babatiin din ako na nag-bi-birthday din ngayon. Happy birthday kay John Lloyd Cruz!” 

As she greeted him, this is what she expressed, “Ikaw kasi nagpaalala sa akin, Vhong, na birthday din ni John Lloyd today.”

She added, “Hello, JL! I hope you’re happy!”

Meanwhile, just recently, JLC was spotted celebrating his birthday with his son and rumored girlfriend artist Isabel Santos.

Ruffa remains single until now but is romantically linked with Herbert Bautista. Her daughter, Lorin and Venice, just got reunited with their father in Turkey. The reunion happened 15 years after.
