MISS UNIVERSE PHILIPPINES 2022 – This is the complete list of the top 10 finalists of the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 pageant.

Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere, and Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Tebow are the hosts of the night. The event was held at the SM Mall Of Asia Arena on April 30.
