At present, the whole of Metro Manila is under quarantine Alert Level 4, based on the area’s case data and healthcare utilization rates.

Alert Level 4

which took effect on Sept. 16, will last until Oct. 15

Together with the alert level system is the imposition of granular lockdowns. Only a few houses, or even a street, can be locked down without warning to effectively confine possible carriers of the COVID-19 virus.

Residents of a locked-down area will not be allowed to leave, while those who have left prior to the lockdown will not be allowed to return until the lockdown is lifted.

Meanwhile,

curfew hours in Metro Manila

starting on Wednesday, Oct. 13 will be from 12 a.m. to 4 a.m
