Dela Rosa also admitted that the Davao City Mayor has not joined PDP-Laban yet. He and the supporters of the administration have been urging Sara Duterte to run for president. With this, the Senator said that he does not know yet how the substitution will happen if ever it will take place.

“Hindi (siya member). I don’t know how we will do it kung gano’n ang mangyari. I don’t know. Basta ako tatakbo talaga ako para maging presidente,

” he said.
