The Tecno Pop 4 was released on July 24, 2020. The budget smartphone is available in two colors: Dawn Blue and Ice Lake Green. It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery.

The smartphone measures 160 x 77.3 x 9.5 mm. The materials used in building the device include a plastic frame and a plastic back. It features a 6.0 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 480 x 960 pixels resolution.

Tecno Pop 4 is powered by an Octa-core processor and runs on the Android 10 (Go Edition) + HIOS operating system. It is integrated with 2GB of Ram and 32GB of internal storage. It has a standard memory slot (such as an SD or micro-SD card slot) that enables users to extend the built-in internal storage. It can be expanded up to 128GB.

The rear side of the Tecno Pop 4 sports a 5-megapixel camera with features like a dual-LED flash.
