Pagasa: Cloudy skies, scattered rains over parts of Luzon, Visayas due to ITCZ
MANILA, Philippines — Many parts of Luzon and the sayas will experience cloudy and rainy weather on Wedmesday as the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) continues to prevail, the state weather bureau said.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Metro Manila, Westerm and Central Visayas,mCalabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon), Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, romblon, Palawan), Bicol region and Aurora will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms,
“Ngayong araw po dahil sa ITCZ, asahan ang makulimlim na panahon sa halos buong Southern Luzon, kasama na rin dyan ang Metro Manila at Aurora,” weather specialist Benison Estareja said in a public weather forecast.

“For the rest of Western Visayas and Central Visayas, asahan po natin throughout the day magiging makulimlim ang panahon,” Estareja added.
The rest of the country will have fair weather with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms, according to Pagasa.
Estareja said no weather disturbance is
expected in the next three days.
Likewise, no gale warning was raised nationwide.
