Father Harassed Son’s Girlfriend and Extort Money Due to Sensitive Photos Threat

A 21-year-old girlfriend files a complaint against the father of her partner after she was allegedly harassed by threatening with photos.

According to the report, the father exploited and demanded money from the victim by using private images and videos of a 21-year-old lady with his kid. National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Cavite District Office personnel apprehended the 42-year-old suspect.

The entrapment operation was carried out against the suspect outside a Tagaytay restaurant where the victim had given him money. According to the victim, she opened Facebook on the suspect’s mobile, but she neglected to check out of the account thereafter.

The suspect allegedly saw her sensitive images and videos in a private album while her account was still logged in. This is supposed to be the threat utilized by the suspect to coerce the victim into having intimate moments with him on multiple occasions and even asking for money.

She claimed she couldn’t do anything if she didn’t comply with the suspect’s demands because he threatened to distribute her private images and videos if she didn’t. The suspect does the assault when his wife is not around, according to Supervising Agent Jonathan Contreras, Executive Officer, NBI-CAVIDO.

A cellphone was recovered from the suspect, which contained private images and text messages in which he threatened the victim. According to the report, efforts are still being done to obtain the side of the suspect who is facing many complaints.
