Google Enables US Businesses To Identify As “Asian-owned.”
Google has been adding labels to help searchers find minority-owned businesses. Starting August 3, 2022, it will allow US companies to identify as “Asian-owned.”
They can join this category by adding the “Asian-owned” attribute to their Business Profile on Maps and Search. They could easily remove the label at any time.
In the coming weeks, ad-supported publishers can also access the same function. They would be able to identify as “Asian-owned in Display & Video 360’s Marketplace.
