Teenager Arrested after Harassing and Killed an 8-year-old Girl in Quezon

Police authorities arrested a teenager after he allegedly harassed and killed an 8-year-old girl in Lucena City, Quezon.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and abusing an eight-year-old girl. According to the report, the culprit was identified as Julius Baloaloa Rodas, 19, of Barangay 4 in the abovementioned city.

The victim’s body was discovered uncovered in an empty lot in Barangay Gulang-Gulang on May 31. The incident was uncovered after a man reported the body he saw in a deserted lot to the barangay.

According to the first investigation, the father just told the victim to go purchase coffee, but he never returned. When the CCTV cameras in the vicinity were examined, it was discovered that the victim was accompanied by a man who entered a corner at 2:00 a.m. on May 30.

The man crossed the road alone in the next CCTV image. According to Lucena City Police Station Chief Lieutenant Ruben Ballera Jr., the man in the CCTV who was with the toddler and the man who reported the body in the barangay are the same. According to Ballera, the suspect admitted to molesting and killing the victim.
