5 Bacolod City employers ordered to explain failure to remit SSS contributions of staff

BACOLOD CITY — The Social Security System (SSS) Bacolod Branch on Monday, March 27, served show cause orders to five of six employers who failed to remit the SSS contributions of their employees.

The delinquencies of the six businesses, which reached P5,127,807.85, affected some 204 employees.

The SSS officials enforcing the RACE (Run After Contribution Evaders) were only able to serve five notices because one establishment was closed.
