Netizens slammed Willie Revillame for his fiery statement

Veteran TV host Willie Revillame received “karma” comments from netizens after he slammed the critics of his new home network ALLTV.

It is a known fact that Wilie chose ALLTV over GMA. He revealed that he did not renew his contract with the Kapuso network and with that, his game show was brought to the TV network of business tycoon Manny Villar.

About five months after the soft launch, it was announced that ALLTV shows are taking a temporary halt to fix the network’s signal. This received negative reactions from netizens, especially those who continue to support the Kapamilya network that previously occupied the ALLTV frequencies.

Willie Revillame retaliates against the bashers of ALLTV. He criticized those people who are allegedly happy with other people’s misfortune. The veteran TV host also stressed that they are just starting and they are aiming to provide jobs to the people in the industry.

With this, netizens pointed out that this is somehow karma. Several netizens shared a clip of Kuya Wil taken from the time when ABS-CBN’s franchise was not renewed. The then-presidential spokesperson Harry Roque guested on his show and mentioned the non-renewal of ABS-CBN’s franchise.

Willie laughed with Roque. The second part of the clip showed the recent video of Kuya Wil in which he said, “parang natutuwa pa kayo na mawawala ang mga programing nagbibigay saya at tulong.” Because of this, netizens said that it is “karma.”

Meanwhile, it was stated in another report that artists and staff of ALLTV will continue to receive their salaries even though the shows will temporarily stop.
