Miss Earth 2022: PH Bet Jenny Ramp Fails To Enter Top 12

Jenny Ramp is PH’s representative in Miss Earth 2022 but ends her journey after failing to advance to the Top 12 list.

MISS EARTH 2022 – Philippines’ Jenny Ramp has advanced to the Top 20 of the Miss Earth 2022 pageant but failed to enter the Top 12.

The Miss Earth 2022 pageant was held at the Cove Manila Pool Club of Okada Manila in Parañaque City. This is the first time in two years that a physical coronation night of the pageant was held. Last two years, it was held online because of the pandemic.

And the one to represent the Philippines is Filipino-American beauty, Jenny Ramp. She is among the frontrunners in the competition.

She was able to advance to the Top 20 of the competition and was proclaimed Best in Fauna Costume for Asia and Oceania. The other winners were Nigeria (Africa), the USA (Americas), and Belarus (Europe).

However, her journey ends here.

Ramp won the Miss Earth Philippines 2022 title last August 6, at Coron, Palawan. Miss Philippines Earth 2021 Naelah Alshorbaji passed the crown to him.

She is a 19-year-old psychology student from Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, and she is an only child.

She wasn’t able to advance to the competition’s Top 12 namely: Brazil, Belgium, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Palestine, Cuba, Portugal, Netherlands, and Korea.

As of posting, the top 8 of the pageant have been announced already and they are:

  • Puerto Rico
  • Netherlands

Meanwhile, beauty queens who snatched the Miss Earth crown in past competitions were Karla Henry (2008), Jamie Herrell (2014), Angelia Ong (2015), and Karen Ibasco (2017).
