ITCZ to bring overcast skies, rainfall in parts of PH
MANILA, Philippines — The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring overcast skies and rainfall in some parts of the country on Monday, according to a Sunday bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ are expected over the Eastern Visayas and Bicol regions and the provinces of Palawan, Quezon, Aurora, Quirino, Isabela, and Cagayan.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country can expect fair weather with partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.

Pagasa did not raise any gale warnings in any seaboard nationwide.
The ITCZ could prevail in the coming days as Pagasa has not monitored any weather disturbances entering the country.
However, Pagasa is still expecting two typhoons until the end of November.
