Lovi Poe Talks About Unforgettable Underwater Scene w/ Piolo Pascual

Lovi Poe talked about her first Kapamilya series

Actress Lovi Poe shared that one of her most memorable scenes in Flower of Evil is the underwater scene that she did with her leading man Piolo Pascual.

This series which was adapted from the South Korean film with the same title is the first series that Lovi did as a Kapamilya. She transferred to ABS-CBN from GMA last year. For her first project, she was paired with Piolo.

Paulo Avelino is also part of the series whose character was revealed much later. In a recent media conference, based on ABS-CBN PR, Lovi said she is inspired by her leading men because they are setting good examples for everyone.

When asked about her most memorable scene in the series, Lovi Poe said that there is a lot that will remain in her mind but one of them was the scene in the pool she did with Piolo Pascual

In the said scene, she had to save Jacob del Rosario, the character played by Piolo, who was tied under the pool. The actress shared that they shot this particular scene for three days.

Lovi said that it was tiring and there was also pressure on her side since this is an adaptation. “Nung first day, iba ‘yung pakiramdam lalo na’t it was my first Kapamilya series,” the actress said.

She also admitted that during the first days of the shoot, she was really starstruck and shy whenever she would have conversations with Piolo. Lovi said that she can barely look into the actor’s eyes while talking to him.

“Nase-stress akong hawakan siya. As time went by, I slowly became comfortable because he made me feel comfortable,” she added. Lovi Poe played the character of Detective Iris Del Rosario in Flower of Evil.
