Police authorities arrested a traffic enforcer who is allegedly wanted for child abuse charges in Navotas City.

One Time Big Time (OTBT) operation carried out by Navotas City police led to the suspect’s detention. According to police, an arrest warrant allowed for the suspect’s capture.

Jaidelito Robles, a 45-year-old traffic enforcement officer, was the apprehended suspect, according to Navotas police head Col. Dexter Ollaging. Robles resides in Blk 18 Lot 61 Phase 2 Barangay Kapalaran 1 in Navotas City, San Roque, the report added.

Ollaging claims that a coordinated manhunt operation by the Navotas police’s Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) and Sub-Station 3 led to the capture of Robles. While Robles was performing his duties as a traffic enforcer, police handcuffed him.

Robles was taken into custody when Judge Emmanuel D. Laurea of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 169, Malabon City, issued an arrest warrant for him on the charge of violating Section 5 (B) of RA 7610, or sexual assault against a child. While waiting for his Commitment Order to be issued, the accused is now being held by the Navotas City Police.
