Sunshine Cruz on People Appreciating Their “Blended Family”

Actress Sunshine Cruz reacted to people who appreciate their “blended family” following her post showcasing their photos during Angelina Cruz‘s birthday celebration.

After many years, Sunshine and Cesar were able to bridge the gap between them. Their family gathered together during their daughter Sam’s 18th birthday. In her previous post, Sunshine showed appreciation to Cesar’s partner Kath Angeles for being a “wonderful Tita” to her daughters.

During the birthday celebration for Angelina, Sunshine was able to meet Cesar’s kids with Kath and the actress even shared a photo with them. Actor Diego Loyzaga, Cesar’s son with Teresa Loyzaga, who is also very close to Sunshine’s daughters, was also there.

Apparently, Sunshine Cruz has been receiving positive reactions to her recent social media posts showing their blended family. In her Facebook post on September 27, the actress thanked those people who appreciate their setup.

“Salamat sa napakagagandang comments nyo. I’ve read it and nakakatuwa na makita that you guys appreciate our (blended) family,” Sunshine wrote. She also said that the kids are very happy and this is something that makes her happy as well.

The actress stressed that the time for moving forward, forgetting the past, and having a good relationship has come to them. “We are family after all. Sabi ko nga ”in God’s perfect time”. I prayed and I believed that this will eventually happen and it was given to me and my family,” she said.

She also shared a piece of her mind with families that are going through a tough time. Sunshine reminded everyone that time heals all wounds and eventually they will reach their “God’s perfect timing” as well. The actress said that this can’t be rushed and so patience is needed.

“Be patient and don’t get tired dahil ibibigay NYA yan sa inyo. It could take years but for sure maghihilom ang pain at sugat and everything will be ok soon!” the actress said.

Meanwhile, the relationship between Sunshine Cruz and Macky Mathay has become a topic on showbiz news sites just recently. Speculations surfaced that they broke up. As of this writing, they haven’t spoken yet about this issue.
