ANNE CURTIS – This is what Anne Curtis shared about her two-year-old daughter Dahlia and their ways of raising her.

Its Showtime host Anne Curtis is married to entrepreneur and food vlogger husband Erwan Heussaff. They have a daughter named Dahlia Amelie, an absolute social media darling who is now two years old. In a previous article, motherhood has brought her life major changes but in a good way.

When she took a rest for this new chapter in her life, she enjoyed the peace and the little things she does as a wife and as a mother. She appreciated the quiet times she get to spend with her daughter and do things for her and activities with her. She loved everything that motherhood has given her.

And her silver lining when the lockdown happened, she get to focus on playing her role as a mother and wife.

When it comes to raising Dahlia, among the things they have taught her is to be independent. They instilled this trait in her at a young age. She is clingy but she is able to do things like playing on her own. This learned independence that Anne saw in her daughter is the signal she took to finally return to show business.

The actress added, “I think the reason why I also waited this long is at least now, meron na siyang mga classes. I think the reason why I also waited this long is at least now, meron na siyang mga classes.”

Erwan also goes to the office for work and this set-up has given their life a sense of normalcy after a long time of being on lockdown.

She also shared that she can now see Dahlia growing up to be just like her picking up some of her traits like speaking in Taglish. She shared, “Minsan nga nagta-Taglish na sabi ko, ‘Naku, lumalabas na yung pagka-Anne Curtis niya,’ [like], ‘Can I upo here?’”

They also limit her screen time and in parenting, one tip she got from her mother is that she just had to do it in her own way. Her ways might not be right for others but right for her. She just had to do it on her own unique way.
