Rica Peralejo shared her emotions after returning to ABS-CBN compound

Actress-vlogger Rica Peralejo reminisced the memories she had with ABS-CBN after she had her guesting on ASAP Natin ‘To.

ABS-CBN has been the home network of Rica since her child star days. She started her career in showbiz at a young age and her star started to shine from the said network.

Last Sunday, Rica guested on the Kapamilya Sunday music variety show. She shared a post about her experience going back to a familiar place. “Nag-ASAP today. This hallway, next to my own home, has been the space of my childhood. Everything feels different while also everything feels familiar. Like it was only yesterday,” Rica Peralejo said.

She said that perhaps being emotional was part of her age and the realization that her experiences have shaped her life. Visiting her home network for many years made Rica remember that she never wanted to be popular.

“I only wanted to be a performer. It reminded me also of hard work. It reminded me of how humbling it is to be in this business, of how you cannot be entitled,” she added.

Being in ABS-CBN again made her remember also the time when her sister bought her to the network’s building for an audition. “I entered ABSCBN that day as a regular kid with an ice cream stain on her peach shirt she bought on sale in Cinderella, and went out with a new direction in her hands,” she shared.

Rica Peralejo said that her guesting on ASAP Natin ‘To recalled a lot of memories and many defining moments in her life. Currently, Rica is active in doing vlogs for her YouTube channel. Through her vlogs, she sharing glimpses of her life as a wife and mother that has become an inspiration to many of her followers.
