Ella Cruz “History Is Like Tsismis” Remark Lambasted Pokwang
Famous comedian Pokwang lambasted Ella Cruz due to her controversial history remark.
ELLA CRUZ – Famous comedienne Pokwang slammed Ella Cruz for claiming that “history is like chismis” that went viral.
In a previous article, Ella Cruz made a statement that went viral over the weekend and remained a much-talked-about topic up until now. Her statement was:
“History is like tsismis. It is filtered and dagdag na rin, so, hindi natin alam what is the real history. Andoon na iyong idea, pero may mga bias talaga. As long as we’re here alive at may kanya-kanyang opinion, I respect everyone’s opinion.”
Many people did not like it because historical events are facts. According to some people, some parts of history may be biased but the events are true and did happen. And what we are enjoying now, the freedom and everything, are the results of what happened before – all the revolutions and fights for freedom.
Agot Isidro reacted to this saying, “Ella, I love you and you’re the sweetest. (serious ako. she really is.) Next time, puede tayong sumagot ng, ‘No comment’. Again, mahal kita.”
And now, another celebrity who has worked with her reacted to the young actress’ statement. Pokwang, a famous comedienne, and her mother in Aryana, did not mince words.
“nak Ella Cruz tanggap ko pananaw mo sa politika at respeto ko ang sino man sinuportahan mo, pero sa usaping HISTORY, di ako sasang ayon sayo nak dahil mali! maling mali… mabuti pang ibalik na kitang muli sa dagat nak mayaman sa iodin ang dagat nakakatalino daw yan”
Meanwhile, Ellas is a part of the upcoming Maid In Malacanang film. She worked with Cesar Montano as the late President, Ruffa Gutierrez as former First Lady Imelda Romualdez Marcos, Cristine Reyes as Imee Marcos, and Diego Loyzaga as PBBM. She will be playing the role of Irene Marcos.
